House Hunting

Our house is pending in Portland. As long as everything goes smoothly, we will close on our house on Aug 30th. We passed inspection, so our fingers are crossed that the buyer doesn't back out in the next 30 days, which we don't think they will. But still.

So now we can buy a house up here! Which sounds fun and exciting except that it's a sellers market. Housing inventory is low and people are putting multiple bids on a home and houses have been selling in one day.

At least we know exactly where we want to live. The area we like is close to Brennan's work, we love the ward, it's close to the fitness club we are attending and the schools are great.

We are just praying that we can find a home before Hailey starts school, so we know which school to enroll her in and of course before our free rent is up . Yeesh
